Clear expectations before you book
Effective 12 September 2026
These terms govern booking requests made through ericeira.yoga. They are written for the current human-led matching and coordination service.
How the service works
ericeira.yoga helps people discover independent practitioners and coordinates introductions and booking requests. Unless expressly stated otherwise at confirmation, the practitioner is the provider of the session and the party responsible for delivering it.
Before confirmation
We will provide the practitioner’s identity, session description, location or online format, date and time, total price, payment route and cancellation policy before asking you to confirm. You are responsible for checking that these details are right for you.
Wellbeing and safety
The platform and listed practices do not replace medical, psychological or emergency care. Share relevant health, mobility, pregnancy, medication or accessibility information directly with the practitioner before participating. You remain free to pause or decline touch, an exercise or group participation at any time.
Respectful use
Provide accurate contact and booking information and treat practitioners, venues and other participants respectfully. We may decline or cancel requests involving abuse, harassment, fraud, unsafe conduct or unlawful activity.
Cancellations, changes and refunds
The cancellation terms shown before confirmation form part of your booking. Our cancellation page explains the baseline process and preserves any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
Privacy and communications
We use your information to respond to and coordinate your request. Service messages about a request are separate from optional marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time without affecting a booking.
Law and changes
Portuguese law applies without limiting mandatory consumer protections available to you. We may update these terms prospectively; the version accepted when a booking is confirmed continues to govern that booking.
This operational template does not replace advice from a qualified Portuguese lawyer. Mandatory law always prevails.
