A clear foundation for offering your work
Effective 12 September 2026
These participation principles apply to practitioner applications, profiles, introductions and booking requests coordinated through ericeira.yoga.
Independent practice
You remain an independent provider responsible for your services, taxes, permits, insurance and professional obligations. Nothing creates employment, partnership or clinical supervision by ericeira.yoga.
Qualifications and scope
Only offer work you are appropriately trained, insured and legally permitted to provide. Describe credentials accurately, avoid guaranteed outcomes and do not present non-clinical wellbeing work as medical or psychological treatment.
Consent and safeguarding
Explain what a session involves, including touch, intensity, contraindications, group sharing and accessibility. Obtain informed consent, respect boundaries, provide a way to stop and use appropriate safeguarding procedures.
Listings and availability
Keep your identity, services, languages, location, availability, prices and cancellation terms accurate. Tell us promptly if a request cannot be fulfilled. Do not use misleading scarcity, testimonials or claims.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed only through the agreed confirmation process. Any platform fee, payment flow, payout timing, refund responsibility and cancellation allocation must be disclosed in the activation terms before you accept bookings.
Data and contact
Use client information only to handle the requested service and meet legal obligations. Protect it, do not add people to marketing lists without a lawful basis, and report relevant privacy or safety incidents promptly.
Review and removal
We may pause or remove participation for inaccurate information, safety concerns, unlawful conduct, repeated service failures or breach of agreed terms. We will use a proportionate review process where circumstances allow.
This operational template does not replace advice from a qualified Portuguese lawyer. Mandatory law always prevails.
