A few things you may want to know.
What exactly is ericeira.yoga?
A local place to discover practices, gatherings and practitioners in and around Ericeira. We bring the people and their work together, explain what they offer in everyday language and help you decide who feels right for you.
What if I do not know what I need?
That is completely fine. Tell us what you notice—a busy mind, a tense body, a wish to move, rest or connect. We’ll listen and help you find practices that may fit, without expecting you to know the specialist names.
How will I know whether a practitioner fits me?
Ask about their approach, relevant training, working languages and what happens during a session. We’ll help you get those details before you decide whether to book.
Can I request a booking now—and can practitioners still join?
Yes. Tell us what you are looking for and we’ll help match you with relevant practitioners and availability. Your request is not confirmed until you receive the practitioner, time, price and cancellation terms. Practitioners can choose “a practitioner or facilitator” in the form to apply to join.
